Whether buying or selling, many expats have difficulty with property transfers in france. Not just because of the language, but because the system is different to that of anglo countries, and of course, the legal work has to be performed by a french Notaire.

My partner and I observed this as we alternate between Bordeaux and Sydney. We decided to do something about it and offer help to english speaking expats.

So, it is now quite possible to take your matter and deal with it by `phone(usually Skype) and by email. If the property is a valuable one, we can come to you in the Uk, Canada, NZ, Oz, the US, or even Hong Kong or Singapore. We discuss your matter in english. If the property is not of sufficiently high value to warrant an overseas visit, `phone and email will suffice. We are flexible and mobile.
