II - Virtual Online Supervisor Assistant
 
Location:  Independent contractor, Work at home, no commute.
 
Job Requirements: 
 
Online supervisor must meet our weekly recruitment quotas of hiring and recruiting agents to work for our firm PT or FT.
Online supervisor will assist other remote agents with recruitment, questions and guidance on any work related issue, agent work performance and schedule adherence.
Online supervisor will be able to recruit other agents in working on internal projects or assist them with finding a particular job type to work from home with other clients.
Online supervisor must be able to work efficient, highly-detailed and can work without any supervision.
Online supervisor must be able to type 40 wpm or faster.

Online supervisor must be must be able to post online ads daily and send personal emails to clients and contractors.

Salary: 
 
This position pay $12.00 per hour.  Paid biweekly, direct deposit or we will mail your pay check.
 
Online supervisor must be able to perform and meet hourly recruitment quotas  & job functions to remain actively working.

You can work this position PT/FT -  8 AM - 7 PM CST Zone
 
Contractor must be able to work a minimum of 5 hrs per day and up to a maximum of 11 hrs per day!
